Rose is our Senior Level 1 team for athletes aged 15 and above.
Rose will be training on Mondays from 6.00pm - 7.45pm.

Jade are our Senior Level 2 team, for athletes aged 15 and up.
Jade will be training on Wednesdays from 6.30pm - 9.00pm.
Smoke is our Senior Co-ed Level 4.2 team for athletes aged 15 and up.
Smoke will be training on Sundays from 5.30pm - 8.00pm.
Saffron are our Senior Level 4 team, for athletes aged 15 and up.
Saffron will be training on Mondays from 7.45pm - 9.45pm and Thursdays from 6.30-8.30pm.
Indigo is our Senior Co-ed Level 4 team for athletes aged 15 and up.
Indigo will be training on Fridays from 7.00pm - 9.30pm.
Unity Allstars Lemon is our International Junior level 1 travel team for athletes on current level 1-4 teams. They will train from september and travel to compete in Barcelona, Spain at the Future Cheer competition in june.
Lemon train on Sundays from 4.00pm - 4.30pm.
